Pausing when app switched :/

Simple and helpful app. Would be 5 stars if it didn’t automatically pause as soon as you move to another app. This is unnecessary as you can work with the vibrate and sound cues to know when to squeeze and release. Keeping the app running allows you to do some small task like writing a text while doing the exercises and that is great for working moms who are short on time. Would be great if this could be made as a settings option in one of the next app updates.

Hello Thank you for your feedback. Squeezy has been designed to prevent multi-tasking as best practice now is to focus fully on these exercises so that they are done correctly. Technique really matters so even if you squeeze just once a day, do pay full attention to the lift and squeeze, the length of the holds and the letting go between each one...
