A breakthrough for enabling proactive decision-making in projects We defined the optimization problem that project management needs to solve and how it is different from the problem that most academicians and the resultant available tools try to address. Our innovation is a multi-tier data model for planning to enable the creation of a good starting solution that remains unaffected by the realities of projects.
