GENIAL! MUY RECOMENDABLE!

esta aplicación tiene tantos detalles que dan cuenta del inmenso trabajo que hay detrás. como instructora de mindfulness pienso que es una tremenda herramienta para aprender, entender mejor como funcionamos y estar en contacto con la práctica de mindfulness y autocompasión. gracias!

Good course

The compassion course app is user-friendly, and its intent is compelling, making the learning experience engaging. However, the rushed audio delivery leaves little time to practice the techniques thoroughly, hindering a more immersive and effective learning process. Because the audio is key I give 3 Stars.
