Full Load Booking Process:
Create an order with ease.
Specify pickup and delivery details, product, and contacts.
Add multiple locations and relevant notes.
Await the admin's order estimate.
Accept or decline the estimate.
Once accepted, your order is in progress. Truck allocation follows shortly.
Upon truck assignment, an invoice is generated.
After successful delivery, receive a notification and payment details.
Complete payment, awaits verification, and receives a payment confirmation.
Part Load Booking Process:
Create an order by selecting part load and delivery type (Office or Doorstep).
Enter pickup details, product, weight, quantity, and contacts.
Add multiple pickups, with pricing displayed.
Specify a single delivery address.
Include any necessary notes.
Confirm the agreed-upon price and proceed to book.
Follow the same process as Full Load for order tracking, invoice, payment, and confirmation.
