The Unseen Bio app provides an easy and clear overview of your microbiome results, issued after you've taken the consumer test.
With our microbiome test, you get a current snapshot of your gut health and guidance on how to improve it.
In the app, you’ll find results on:
• Your Biodiversity Score – this score provides you with insight into how many unique species of bacteria are in your gut and the diversity that contributes to a healthy microbiome.
• Beneficial, Non-Beneficial, and Harmful Bacteria – these results describe which and how many of these bacteria are present in your gut and which foods feed them.
• Fungi – describes which and how many fungi are in your gut and which foods feed them.
• Your Microbiome Age – indicates how old your microbiome appears compared to your actual age.
• Your Diet Score – this result is based on a comparison between your dietary records and the ideal microbiome diet. We also provide recommendations on which foods you should eat more or less of.
• Your Physical Activity Score – shows how your activity level compares with our healthy reference group.
• Lifestyle Inspiration – a guide to improving gut health through lifestyle changes.
• Your Probiotics Levels – describes which types of these bacteria are present in your gut and which supplements contain those you may lack.
The results are visualized through easy-to-understand interactive graphs and color scales, always comparing your results to a healthy reference group.
App features:
• Dive deeper into each bacterium and fungus found in your microbiome, learn about their behavior, and compare quantities with our other reference groups.
• If you've taken multiple tests, you can compare your results with previous ones to track your progress.
• Share your results with a healthcare professional or with a friend to compare outcomes.
• If you haven’t taken a test yet, you can answer questionnaires that, along with the test, help us ensure the quality of your results.
