Sounds fade in and start at a random point in their loop, so a layered mix never falls into a repeating pulse. SAVE WHAT WORKS Keep a combination as a named mix with an emoji, reorder your mixes, and update one in place with whatever is currently playing. Star individual sounds to reach them straight from the home screen. SLEEP TIMER One click for 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Watch the countdown, add another 15 minutes without starting over, and let the audio fade out gently over as much as 5 minutes rather than stopping dead. The timer keeps running while paused and survives the app being closed. WIND-DOWN REMINDERS Schedule a gentle nudge for the time you actually want to start heading to bed.
