This is a tool to assist vet students, especially for students in United Kingdom, to manage their pre-clinic Extra Mural Studies (EMS) and clinical EMS placements, rotations and project assignments, as well as the cases they are handling or have handled. This tool provides functions for the students to write down memos, set reminders. In addition, this tool also provides functions for student to write down the day to day journals or moments, and if the student is at last year, he or she can use it to keep records on the job applications and set reminders for the job interview, etc.
This app version 2.0 introduced flashcard function to help vet students memorise vast amount of knowledges on veterinary study. Flashcards are organized by subject, module, topics, and difficulties.
This application is not designed for any specific company or company groups, and no company can be the client and utilise this app.
This application provides functions for vet students, epecially in United Kingdom universities, to manage their EMS placements, rotations, and project assignments.
User does not need to register and does not need to have an account to use this application. Instead, user must use iPhone or iPAD and have App ID in order to use this application. If the user subscribes iCloud, he or she can store the data in iCloud and synchronise with his iPhone and iPAD so that he or she can use more than one device with the same App ID to access the App data in the iCloud.
There is no any paid content for this app.
Technically the system allows users to key in the text, and the system also allows input by speech to text translation, as well as by capturing text/phone number/email/URL using the phone or iPad camera.
It integrates with the iPhone's face ID or iPad's biometrics authentication.
The data is stored in iCloud and the system allows user to use multiple devices (with the same apple ID) and allows the sharing of data across different devices.
The Vet Student app will request user to allow access to the Camera, and Speech to Text as this app allows speech to text, scan text input to the forms. However, all these data will be stored in the user's device or iCloud account.
