Ausbaufähig, aber besser als nichts!
An sich eine App die man ohne größeres Ärgernis benutzen kann! Also auf jeden Fall meine zweite Wahl nach ImmoScout 24 bei der Suche nach Wohnungen und erste Wahl für WG Zimmer :-). Eine Sache die mich schon lange etwas verwundert und die Suche mMn umständlich macht, ist die UX bei iOS dass man beim nach rechts wischen bei einer Anzeige nicht zurück kommt auf due Listenansicht der Suchergebnisse (wie bei gefühlt fast jeder anderen App), sondern direkt in der vorig gelisteten Anzeige landet. Finde das etwas nervig, weil ich eigentlich schon aus fee Listenansicht immer sehen kann, dass nicht alle Angebote für mich relevant sind. Weiß nicht, wie es da anderen Leuten geht.
Mit dem gezeichneten Sucheradius auf einer Karte wie bei ImmoScout kommt die App leider auch nicht mit, was ich aber voll ok finde, da sie sich anders finanziert. Man muss halt mehr Ergebnisse inspizieren, ob sie die gewünschte Lage haben.
Zwei Sterne Abzug, da es mir schon häufiger passiert ist, dass ich ausgeloggt wurde, dennoch Wohnungen favorisieren konnte, die dann aber bei der nächsten Nutzung nicht mehr favorisiert waren (also auch nicht gecached oder sowas). Das hat mich schon mehrmals einige Stunden gekostet nochmal alle Suchergebnisse durchzuschauen und erneut zu favorisieren.
An sich aber eine App, die ich ganz gerne nutze, mit ein bisschen Geld für die Entwicklung wäre es ein Traum :-)
