The WordWeb English dictionary and thesaurus: fast searching, spelling suggestions, definitions, usage examples, synonyms, related words - and no adverts. Good, Simple, Uncomplicated

All the other dictionary apps I tried were loaded with random annoying stuff like quizzes and bad graphic design. This is a nice dictionary for those who already speak pretty good English and want to look up words now and then. Thanks for the nice, clean app!!

Search bar is not working

I love wordweb, have been using it since highschool (so 8 years) but when I downloaded it through the Apple store, the search bar does not work, i can't input my cursor in the search bar. When I try to type anything, I get the sound macbook gives when there is nowhere to input the letter that was clicked. I can do all actions through my mouse, but its not useful at all if I can't look up the word I wanted to look up. Both 'Lookup' and 'Search' function has the same problem. I hope the team looks into this!

Best cross-reference that I know of. You have a word and want to know alternatives, the opposite, stronger or weaker, similiar but different words? Download this.Newest update makes Wordweb better looking and faster, just maybe swap "Search" and "X-Ref" for improved usability.
