Leider ist Zalando in meine Augen sehr negativ geworden,ich bin ein Kunde der bei Häuser wie Zalando immer in Vorkasse geh,hat eigentlich seit Jahren gut geklappt,nur seit kurzem ist die nicht mehr so,man macht sich die Mühe und schreibt an Zalando ausführlich und detailliert eine Mail mit seinem Anliegen,erklärt Haar genau worum es geht und was das Problem sein,irgendwann kommt eine Standard Antwort von Zalando mit dem Wortlaut,man möchte mich um meine Hilfe bitten und man solle doch ausführlich und detailliert sein Problem Schilder,das sagt mir doch als Kunde das meine verfasste Mail überhaupt in kleinster weise gelesen wurde.Also schrieb ich wieder eine Mail und was soll ich sagen,weder wurde mein Problem gelöst,noch bekam ich eine Antwort von Zalando und meine Rückzahlung die sich auf fast 400,- Euro beziffert habe ich bis heute noch nicht gutgeschrieben bekommen....!Zeitgemäßer Onlinehandel sieht für mich ganz anders aus.
