Fra sofa til 1/2 Marathon

Jeg har brugt 5k 10K og 21K i nogle år nu, hver gang jeg vil igang med at løbe, eller booste mit løb for mere fart eller at træne op til en bestemt distance og er man som jeg var førstegang uden træning og overvægtig, så er 5k meget god at starte på jeg smed 30kg så det er kun motivationen man selv skal byde ind med. God løbe fornøjelse.

Fra 0 til 10.. på den fede måde

Jeg startede den 9. januar og jeg startede bogstavligt talt fra 0. 30 sekunders løb var mere end rigeligt.
Jeg har fulgt programmet. De fleste uger slavisk, men enkelte uger med færre træninger end angivet.
Og det virker!!
Jeg kan nu, efter 17 uger, løbe 10 km uden de store vanskeligheder. Det har selvfølgelig været hårdt, men aldrig hårdere end at jeg afsluttede hver træning med en følelse af succes.
Jeg har tidligere oplevet knæssmerter ved selv helt korte distancer og er derfor ikke kommet ordentlig i gang med at løbe. Med dette program har jeg ikke oplevet smerter én eneste gang.
Jeg er 43 år. Hvis jeg kan, kan alle.
Det er alle pengene værd!
