Wendler 531 calculator 5/3/1 app to plan log and track your Jim Wendler's power lifting 5/3/1 and beyond 5/3/1 workout program.
No more fiddling around with printed spreadsheets at the gym.
Enter your current 1 rep max and the app will calculate and manage your Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 progression and workout program.
The app will automatically layout the weights and reps for each workout day.
A lot of customization's are available to make the Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program to customize to achieve your own goals.

The app has a trial period of 3 weeks. All features are available during this trial period.
Once the trial period is expired "5/3/1 Pro" feature is required to continue logging the 5/3/1 workouts.
Additionally "Assistance workouts" feature is required to continue logging the assistance workouts.

What does the volume graph indicate?

Great app! After I got my head around the initial setup and learned how to change most of the settings, this app has become a life saver.

The only thing I’m unsure about is what the volume graph indicates? - The numbers a pretty high (in the thousands)

Hi, the volume graph indicates the total sum of all performed reps X weights.

Bugs

All my “biring but big sets” show deadlift - also under benchpress and squats. They ALL show deadlift, which makes no sense. Under press it should be boring but big sets that has something to do with press. My friend’s app shows it correctly but she doesn’t have an iphone. Why hasn’t this been fixed...?

Edited: what you wrote me isn’t true. It isn’t fixed in version 5.0.
However, I fixed it by going in under configuration > boring but big percentages > and then ensuring they all match properly and saved each of them in there. That helps.

Edit 2: doesn’t update RM/PR if you achieve something after set 3. It should update it even if you achieve it in set 4. Also - if you DID achieve something in set 3, and add a few more sets and achieve more then, it doesn’t update higher RM. It sticks to set 3 only. That’s a shame - that it doesn’t know how to allow for aiming higher.
