LACKING PRESENCE IN THE FAMILY? HOW FAMILIES CAN USE BREAKPOINTS4U WITH ADVANTAGE
1: Make a family Team:
Then it’s easy to make family Breaks when you wish presence without phones. Compete and compare your performance with other family Teams. Or see who in the family can get the most points during the week.
2: Create dialogue about family members’ mobile consumption:
As a parent, invite for shared-Breaks. It's a friendly way to ask for presence. No perfect mobile behavior is requested from the parents! Dialogue can be created in which each other's weaknesses are highlighted and, on that side, solutions can be found together.
3: An agreed score obtained = a positive reward is triggered:
Make a deal where the teenager receives an agreed reward when a certain weekly score has been achieved; for example, a domestic task usually done by the young person will instead be made by the father/mother, or extra pocket money.

BREAKS:
Take 20/30/40 minutes Breaks when you need an offline moment away from your phone. Breaks can be taken individually, shared with friends and family or as Teams. You earn more points when you take breaks with others!
DAILY REWARD:
In the draw called Daily Reward (for Freemium only) which run Monday to Friday, you can win gift cards worth DKK 50,- to various brands. Just complete 1 single Break and you automatically participate in the draw. The gift cards differ from day to day.
TODAY'S TOURNAMENTS AND THE WEEKLY TOURNAMENT:
In the Daily Tournaments which run Monday to Friday, you can win gift cards worth DKK 50,- to various selected brands. In the Weekly Tournament which ends each Sunday at midnight, the prize is a gift card worth DKK 250,-. Anyone who comes in the top 3 wins the same gift card!
SHOP:
If you're a Premium subscriber, you can use your earned points in the Shop inside the app. Here you can redeem your points to a large variety of attractive gift cards of different value. Check it out!
MOMENTS:
Upload your best Moment-photos to us! If your “Moment” gets selected as one of the three best of the week, it will be shared on Breakpoints4U’s Instagram profile and you get extra points!
PAIR:
Make a “Pair”! Every successful BREAK gives you a photo in your photo archive.
There will always be two identical photos among the week’s 70 obtainable photos. If you manage to get two identical photos, you can pair them and get 100 points!
TEAMS:
If you often make shared Breaks with the same friends, you may like to create your own Team.
This way it is easier to invite many friends at the same time to a shared Break.
You can compare your Team score with other Teams.
STATS:
On stats you can compare your score with other users’ scores.
You can filter according to geographic area, friends/everyone/Teams and daily/weekly.
