Stability improvements and bug fixes

We are introducing the new AI Essentials subscription to communicate smarter within our Cloud telephony app including: - Nia (NFON Intelligent Assistant) offers quick and easy support on how to use telephony features. - 1:1 calls are now automatically transcribed and summarised given both parties consent. It’s easier to set up Callthrough and Emergency Call numbers by country using Mobile Device Management (MDM). You’ll now get an earlier warning when your session is about to expire, so you can stay connected without interruptions. It is now easier to pull an active call from one device to another.

App is compatible with CarPlay, allowing users to access the application from the car’s dashboard. Users can add, edit, delete, and organise Favourites directly on the detail page using a drag-and-drop interface. When setting up speed dials, users can select the correct country code. Users can search within AI voicemail transcriptions to find specific information more easily. Important app updates are now proactively communicated through notifications within the app. The "Call with" option has been removed to streamline the calling experience (Note: This option is still available in the Web App). After transferring a call to another device using *8, video starts automatically for a smoother experience.

New log-in and authentication process: Unified login across the entire app suite, including the Meet & Share Outlook add-in Calls from the same contact and the same origin are now grouped under the same entry so that it is easier to have a better overview of the call history. Detailed individual entries remain accessible. The user will now see a notification when a new app version is recommended for installation. This prompt appears on the start page or settings tab (when logged in), ensuring the user is always up-to-date with the latest features and improvements. AI-powered voicemail transcription is now available for all Business Premium users, automatically transcribing voicemails and showing transcripts in the Voicemail tab, as well as sending them via email, if enabled by the admin.

Presence statuses will be available to everyone to better reflect user availability. Furthermore, we are introducing Global DND to disable notifications on all platforms, and Device DND to disable notifications only in the device where it is activated.
