Coreway is a health app for people with chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. Our mission: to help those affected better understand their health and gain new scientific insights into the course of IBD.
Coreway was developed in collaboration with patients, doctors, and researchers and is based on current medical guidelines. The app allows you to record your daily health data in a structured way, evaluate it visually, and better reflect on your personal health history.
WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH THE APP?
1. Record health data
Document your well-being, symptoms, lifestyle factors, and stool log on a daily basis. You can also clearly manage your medication plan—including intake reminders.
2. View data
Keep track of your entries and view your history in a clear format.
3. Receive personalized tips
Based on your information, you will receive everyday tips and food for thought that can help you better assess your current state of health.

4. Recognize trends and patterns
The app shows you visual trends (e.g., sleep, stress, activity, or symptoms) and possible patterns in your data.

Read scientifically based articles on everyday life, treatment options, lifestyle, and current IBD research.
