Red Tide is a dark fantasy story about a former soldier who is searching for his family in a world ravaged by war.

Your brother is gone without a trace. What happened to him? The answer to this question lies at the end of a long and dangerous journey.

The world has changed. The place where you were born was burned to ash. People out there are struggling to survive.

You are a shadow of your former self, having suffered grave injuries during the war. But the past is the past. What matters is the here and now. You have the freedom to shape your own destiny.

There is always a choice.

Absolutely amazing and enticing

Amazing story, replayable and multible days gameplay. Do not play it all at once, do not hurry through it. Read as much as you can. Choose a path and replay. I can only recommend it

Story is fantastic but combat can be a pain

the Story for this game is really good and the side stories are also fantastic, however combat can be incredibly tedious and frustrating, since critical hits ignore any and all defense it can be incredibly frustrating when an enemy or boss has a super high crit rate, this is not a problem in the beginning but nearing the end of the game the enemies can hit a critical hit about 30-50% of the time making things like block chance and armor feel worthless.

it can get especially annoying because even the regular enemies at the end has 2-3 actions per turn. Combining that with their insanely high crit chance makes for frustrating fights that you only barely win because RNG decided not to make the enemy crit 2 times in a turn chunking you for 80-170 hp
