One optional, one-time purchase unlocks:
• Automatic feeding and water maintenance.
• Simulated hazards: salt, ethanol and cleaner.
• Additional time controls: advance six hours, skip to morning or move to the next life stage.
Time advances use a three-charge reserve, with one charge returning every 20 real minutes. Full Lab does not remove these limits.
