DASHBOARD Instant overview of your monthly income and expenses. Navigate month by month, monitor your income target with a colour-coded progress bar (green / yellow / red), and keep your spending within your budget limit, all from one screen.
INVOICES Create a proper PDF invoice in under a minute. Set your business details once; name, tax or ABN number, bank details, and every invoice fills itself in. Pick a client, pull in logged hours or expenses as line items, and let the app handle sequential numbering and tax. Track what's draft, sent, and paid, so you always know who still owes you.
CALENDAR See every transaction mapped onto a monthly calendar. Tap any day to view its income and expense entries. A clear, visual way to spot your busiest earning and spending days.
TRANSACTIONS Log income and expenses in seconds. Choose a category, attach a client, enter hours worked and an hourly rate for automatic amount calculation, pick a date from the built-in calendar, and add free-text notes. Search, filter by type or category, and see live running totals.
CLIENTS Manage the people and companies you work for. Set a name, colour, profile photo, and default hourly rate. View total earnings, total hours worked, and effective rate per client, then invoice them in a couple of taps.
REPORTS Monthly KPI cards, cumulative balance carry-forward from previous months, bar charts for expenses and income broken down by category, and progress bars for your income target and expense limit.
DATA & SETTINGS Export all your data as a JSON backup file to share or store. Import from a previous backup to restore. Choose from 20+ currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, JPY, AUD, and more). Set your monthly income goal and maximum expense budget.
