GhostFocus

Less scrolling, more focus

Free · In-App Purchases

Choose the apps that distract you and let a little ghost keep you company. Restrictions lift when time is up. Review your timed sessions and discover your focus rhythm. A quick look at your phone can turn into a long detour. GhostFocus helps you set aside the apps you choose for a while. Pick 15, 30, or 60 minutes, set a custom duration, or choose an end time. After Screen Time authorization, GhostFocus restricts your selected items during the session and lifts restrictions when time is up. Complete a short challenge to end early, or use the emergency release on the challenge screen when you need immediate access. Review timed sessions, completions, and interruptions. Focus Rhythm heatmaps show patterns by day and time. Statistics describe timer records; they do not infer what you were doing or verify how focused you were. No account registration is required. The free version may show ads, with no ads during focus sessions, challenges, or emergency release. Plus removes all ads and adds monthly and yearly reports and longer-term trends. Prices and billing periods appear before purchase. Manage or cancel automatic renewal through Apple. Screen Time authorization is required to restrict selected apps. You can still return to the Home Screen and revoke authorization in system settings. Notifications and Live Activities are optional reminders; restrictions do not depend on them ending successfully.
