◎引進外籍勞工之優勢
1.可降低工資成本
外籍勞工薪資比照基本薪資，比本國勞工便宜。
2.配合度高服從性高
吃苦耐勞、工作能力強、配合度高，可輪夜班或配合旺季加班出貨。
3.流動性低穩定度高
任期一次三年，不可隨意轉換雇主。
4.無須提撥勞工退休準備金
因外籍勞工不在國內退休，故不須提撥勞退6%。
5.特殊技能挑工
國外訓練所提供外籍勞工專業訓練，可依照工廠需求，挑選熟手或特殊技能工。
6.良性競爭
可刺激增進本國勞工工作意願及成效。
