Useless customer support

I was automatically logged out of the app and have been struggling to set up my account again ever since. The only customer support available is a chat function where you get a reply every 24 hours – maybe 12 if you’re lucky.I’ve been dealing with the same issue for days now, and it’s not the first time this has happened…

Developer Response
Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback! We're really sorry about the login issues and the long wait for support. We experienced an unusually high number of requests due to this issue, but we always aim to respond as quickly as possible. The unexpected logouts should now be resolved, and we're working to improve the experience. If you still need help, please reach out to support@bruce.app and we'll be happy to assist you!/ Bruce Studios Support Team

Virkelig ærgerligt at I sætter mange centre til 1 besøg om måneden. Jeg har været så glad for Bruce, men det giver snart ikke mening mere.

Hej Emma,Tak for din anmeldelse!

Limit of workout on top tier subscription

It feels a scam the Epic subscription. As a user that pays the most expensive option to access the gym/classes and wellness I thought I could use freely the benefits of paying more - but no, there is a workout limit. I have to rationalise if I do more workouts or I go to wellness. In the end of the month I can’t even go to gym or sauna because I overcome the workout limit. The fair would be to take the wellness count out of the workout limit (and/or make solo workout at gym free). So epic users could use benefit of paying more. If you use Bruce to workout 3/4 times a week and do sauna - it’s simply not possible.

Hi Joana, thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration, especially when you’ve chosen Epic to get the most out of both training and wellness. All memberships includes up to 20 visits per month, which allows for an average of around five visits per week. Wellness visits are currently included within this monthly limit, but we understand your point that this can feel restrictive when you want to combine frequent training with wellness. We’ve shared your feedback about separating wellness from the overall visit limit with our team for consideration./ Bruce Studios Support Team

We rebuilt how the app loads things behind the scenes, so it only fetches what you need, when you need it. You can now pull to refresh in Explore, see today's opening hours on studio cards, and find your waitlisted classes in My Classes. We also fixed a bunch of bugs that kept skipping leg day.
