Your data is completely private by default, but you have the option to add friends or make your profile public if you want to share. You can also delete your entire account at gyrosco.pe/delete

Gyroscope One is an auto-renewing subscription, billed with a simple membership that costs just about $1 a day.
Subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew monthly through your iTunes account. Auto-renew may be turned off in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed. When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to the app features will expire at the end of the current payment period, and remaining trial is forfeit. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before end of current period. Account renewal will be charged within 24-hours prior to end of current period.

Gyroscope has been part of my daily routine for more than ten years, which is a testament to the value I believe it provides, and that it has been an app in continuous development over the years.What brought me in initially was the amazing overviews and insights it could provide of all the metrics I was already collecting (heart rate, sleep, steps, etc.). But over the years it’s also become my go-to app for tracking metrics from within the app, including nutrition and mood. Gyroscope provides a unique ability to cater for all aspects of your personal health: Physical (step count, weight monitoring, exercise programmes, heart rate monitoring etc.), nutritional via the Amazon Food XRay feature that does a tremendous job of deriving nutritional information based on photos, and mental health via meditation, mood tracking, and journaling. Over the years, AI features have been incorporated incredibly well, powering auto-generated exercise plans, food scanning, personal meditation sessions, and a “coach” you can interact with to improve all aspects of your personal goals. I’m in general a bit skeptical of the current AI craze, but Gyroscope has shown how it can be incorporated well into an existing app, complementing an already great experience with new or optimized features.I’ve happily been subscribing to the app for years as I believe it has positive impact on my mental and physical health and keeps me aware of actions I can take to keep improving.

Åhh hvor jeg dog savner Moves. Gyroscope kan afhjælpe det lidt, men har en ganske elendig cykel Tracking og mener for det meste at jeg er kørt rundt i bil eller andet. Jeg savner også det store oversigts kort, der var med Moves, hvor man kunne se alke de ruter og steder man havde været igennem tiden. Det sidste kritik punkt med Gyroscope er prisen, det koster simpelthen for meget til at jeg vil prøve betalingsversionen.
