Generally works really well. Occasionally error when purchasing tickets but unsure whether it’s the app or poor Berlin internet. Improvement proposal could be to add a child ticket button under the adult one so you don’t have to toggle back and forth when buying several tickets. Recommended!

Hi Jonas, thanks for your review 💛. What usually helps (in regard to the internet) is to use only wi fi or mobile data, not both at the same time. Perhaps our cart option would help with the second issue mentioned, you put both tickets in the card first and then buy them together?
