Update in September 2026 deleted my profile and years of membership

The new update rejects your membership ID and has forcesfully changed the format to a 10 character/digit requiring and guiding you to click on “Forgot my ID” which therefter requires you to type in your email, name and date of birth, to only respons with that that user does not exist. Highly frustrating after years of points collecting.

Why is it always a nightmare to register my own miles I travel with you 2 times now both times delayed and both times impossible to get mile registration why???we need to help each other and have some kind of human understanding and communication
