It has been a stressful experience to work with the support team of Unlocator.com. They have not been able to help me to get my VPN service to work on my device yet after 26 emails going back and forward. I was suggested by the team that my problem would be solved if I bought a specific plan, which I then did. It worked fine during the 7 days trial, but after I bought a yearly plan it stopped working. I reached out to the support team again, and so the circus started again giving me confusing and different directions depended on what supporter was answering. I got robotic answers and most of them I can’t use. It seems like they are not reading my previous messages so I have to start all over again, with every new reply, and I get the same suggestions for support, most of them I already tested and told them the result, which is not being followed up on. And on and on it goes. It has lasted for more than a month now. And my smart DNS plan is still not working. This is the first app review I have ever written so far. I am writing it to get through somehow, to a clearly ineffective support team. Something is wrong and I suggest the owner of this app to do some serious updates!
Buggy and not able to unsubscribe
