I paid for the app to make my grandfather move in a picture and it was a clearly taken photo, was within all the parameters and when I was done making the AI version of the picture, then it just made a picture where it zoomed in slowly….. awful app
Hi Simon, thanks for writing in, and I'm sorry to hear about the trouble🙇 We know that you want to turn the precious picture of your grandfather into animation, and I'm sorry that the app failed to do so. We want to share some info about why the image-to-video failed to animate the figure in the picture: 1. Unrecognized Human Form: Even if the photo is clear, if the person's full body isn't visible or face/limbs are partially turned or occluded, the AI might default to a fallback animation (like zoom-in) rather than motion. 2. AI Template Rendering Misfire: Occasionally, rendering fails silently, and instead of showing an error, the output is a fallback zoom effect. 3. Mismatch Between Prompt and Visual Input: If the prompt describes motion (like waving or smiling), but the photo doesn't align (e.g., the person is sitting still), the AI may give up on complex motion generation. 4. AI Motion Template Limitations: This is the part where we will keep refining it. For the handling of the error, we are willing to return the used credits to you. To do so, please log in or register to the CyberLink account using the Apple ID that you used to purchase the credit in the "User Sign in" entry on the settings menu, and send feedback to us. We hope the info is helpful for you. If you need more support, please let us know by Send Feedback in the settings🛠️
