Fake free trial

You get one week free trial, but when you’ve accessed the app a site comes up with a payment request. You can’t close it again. Why give a free trial when you can’t use it. I would’ve bought a subscription if I tried the app and felt like it worked for me but now instead I just deleted it, what a waste of time. Seemed like a promising app tho, so please get that free trial fixed!

Sorry it felt like you couldn’t access the trial properly. The 7-day free trial is available only once during onboarding and only with the annual subscription. If a different option is selected or if the subscription starts later, the trial does not activate due to App Store limitations. The app does not work

I bought the app and was happy for one day! After one day I could not see the content in the app even after all the updates. I reported the problem and did not get my money back. So do NOT buy this app!

Hello. Thank you very much for leaving feedback. My name is Andrei, and I am the developer of Hapday. I am so very sorry for this issue - my team and I have been working nonstop to resolve it. We already released a new version of the app where everything should work correctly. I would be very grateful if you could please install it and let me know if everything's working good now or if you're continuing to experience this bug (it may also help to log out and log back in again). You can always contact me directly at contact@haaaaaaappy.com. Once again, I deeply apologize for this problem and for the inconvenience it is causing you. It is entirely my fault and it absolutely shouldn't be like this. As for the refund, unfortunately we are physically unable to refund you ourselves, as Apple is the one to directly charge you and process all your payments. They are also the ones to make the final decision of whether to approve a refund or not. In this case it would most likely be best to contact them directly through the support channels on their website and ask to appeal the decision. Unfortunately we are very limited in what we can do in such situations. I look forward to hopefully hearing more from you, and I hope you have a nice day.
