Absolutely adore this game, love the attention to little things such as cute artstyle and even soothing/unique sounds. The gameplay itself is very challenging in a fun way, and I literally play it every day. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because new levels come out reeeeally slowly and although they add some cool stuff to do late-game, it's way too slow progress. Another thing that sucks is a new feature they've added where in order to upgrade a hospital fully you need to spend gems on those upgrades. I didn't mind investing a little money every month on a great game, but this feels super greedy and I'll never pay for that. Very bad decision to incorporate that. The housing is a cute idea, but way too big. Would love some smaller cosy places to decorate, like a little cottage. Other than that I think the game is phenomenal and I hope they mend those errors, then it would be worthy of 5 stars for sure.

“Connection to the server has ben lost” …again and again

I am hooked on this cozy little game.However, it is incredibly annoying that you daily lose connection to the server! It means that you lose a life AND all you had earned in that life is also lost! It already takes an incredibly long time to earn gold coins and diamonds. The slowness of in-game development may end up being what makes me delete the game.

I’m not the only one with this issue, because lots of people complain about it on Facebook group “Happy Clinic” The costumer support just don’t care ! It’s a fun game to play, if it works! Please take your costumers seriously, when they keep writing you about the errors!
