1. Why do have to look at an in-app commercial about BDO pay. Just send customers a single mail about it instead of having to have it punched in the face every time I log on to my account. 2. Why the heck du we have two usernames and passwords depending on if one is logging in through the app or through the website? You need to integrate that part better and make it more seamless with just one username and one password for it all. This is 2025, come on!Other than that, everything from receiving to sending money and checking balance works just fine
