I love this app and use it a lot, but when I play runway genius there’s only very few ones i can play without it crashing, and I’ve already tried those…

I have downloaded this app numerous times and it keeps saying try again later. So now I have paid for a year an app I can’t use. The developers keep asking for information and even though I sent them proof of purchase they keep asking me again and again. Are you kidding me? The Insanity.
