I have been looking and testing MANY free apps for to-dos and reminders and this is the best so far. I’ve been using for more than 2 years I guess. But it misses one important feature (for me). I’d LOVE to be able to drag the tasks into my calendar and move them however I need. Also the app for desktop/web could be better, especially with the calendar. It would be nice to also drag the tasks between the different lists.

Regret and a Trap – Not Worth the Buy

Why:1. Task-Sharing Limitations: If you buy a single user or two license, you can't share tasks not even your personal. To do so, you need to pay an extra $5/month for each additional user on each of the users. This wasn't clear at the outset, which feels like a trap.2.Integration/migration Issues: They claim integration with apps like ToDoist, but it's not true. Migrating from ToDoist doesn't bring over comments or files, and they don't mention this anywhere. It's misleading.3. Poor Support Experience: I bought two licenses to keep tasks private between users, but was surprised to learn you can't share tasks at all. I suggested many solutions, but the support team was unhelpful and dismissive, rejecting every solution.4. Regret Dropping ToDoist: I switched from a more affordable, reliable service based on convincing but misleading reviews. I've wasted time and money on a service that doesn't deliver as promised.

As explained several times by our Support Team, you've purchased 2 single-member plans via AppSumo. While the offer was available, you had the option to increase your tier but did not choose to do so. The offer you've signed up with included a single member and stated that extra members can be added as needed by simply choosing from any of our subscription plans. The team explained that there is no option to merge plans as these are purchased for 2 different workspaces. Still, you refused to accept the terms of the offer which you've confirmed upon your purchase and demanded a solution we were unable to offer. While we're sorry you're unhappy with the Support Team's response, the terms of your offer were clearly stated and allowed for a long refund period as well as a long upgrade period which you've never utilized. We have many users who purchased the same plan and never expressed any confusion about its terms. We've also never claimed that attachments will be imported from other apps and we have complete details about our integrations on our Help Center so we're not sure why you believed otherwise. That said, if you find another solution that fits your needs better, we completely respect your decision and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!
