I just purchased this app and began scanning photos from the 1920's. It is doing the job beyond my expectations. So well that even faces, signs and other texture on the photos which are very hard to see with the eyes, are indeed very clear and easy to read after scanning them.I do miss the integrations with iCloud or OneDrive. That said, downloading photos from the app to the iPhone is only few seconds.
