This allows you to monitor everything at the barbecue and at the table: control heat, core temperature and timer via your smartphone and take care of your guests as well as the food! We have also prepared interactive recipes with step-by-step instructions and suggested barbecue settings. The best conditions for you to dazzle as a barbecue master. Cleaning has also been addressed: AUTO CLEAN can be easily started from the app. This makes cleaning effortless and ensures that your Char-Broil EVOLVE barbecue is ready for the next use.

The Char-Broil® App Control provides an intuitive, precise and convenient grilling experience. It combines modern technology with traditional barbecuing techniques and offers new possibilities for both beginners and experienced barbecue masters.
App functions for your non-stop barbecue experience
Once started, all the control features on your barbecue can be conveniently operated from the app:
- Zone control: You can set the temperature of the individual grill zones individually and check them at any time in the app.
- Time management: With the timer, you can keep an eye on the time and know how long your food will take to cook.
- Perfect barbecue results: Set the desired target core temperature for your food and monitor it in real time – all without having to get up. With EVOLVE, you can connect up to four different core temperature sensors.
- Easy to clean: Start the AUTO CLEAN function straight from the app to keep your barbecue effortlessly clean.
- Recipes & instructions: Find inspiration in the integrated recipes. Just click to send the predefined steps directly to the barbecue, set the timer and adjust the temperature.
- Temperature guide: Use the integrated temperature guide to choose the right core temperature to achieve the perfect result for every type of grilled meat (beef cuts and other types of meat)
