99$ for a year, is to much

They want 99$ for a year. They have only recorded videos for 30 days. And you feel it. The app have you pick your energy level that day. But every day has the exact same videos not matter if you pick high or low energy level. Like exact same workouts. The only difference is the intensity: low had 4 exercises, 2 sets, 10 reps, high has the same exercises, 3 sets 15 reps. It would be nice with some different. Otherwise what is the point of picking your energy level. And in the middle of a workout she says that she doesn’t know how to properly explain this exercise. That we the user has to figure it out for themselves. It doesn’t feel right, and does not exactly scream professional personnel trainer. The same goes for the instructor form. She does not have a proper training form. It just feels very rush and not very professional, and you will be better off just looking for workout videos on YouTube.

Highly recommend Mila. Camilla is lovely to listen to and has all sorts of ingenious workouts and tips and ways of making it all a bit better, including mental health. :)
