It’s downright illegal to advertise something that you don’t deliver, under the European Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, article 6: “Article 6 prohibits misleading actions, including false information about the product’s features (like “ad-free” when it’s not).”No matter if you are not located in Europe, the law still abides when you offer your app in Europe.Such a shame an otherwise wonderful game has to be misused like this.Change your advertisement or remove your ads.
