Nummerplade.net – Car check
Owner, debt, MOT & mileage
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Buying a used car? Or just want to know everything about a car you see on the road? Nummerplade.net gives you the full overview in seconds — enter the number plate or VIN, or scan the plate with your camera.
Instantly see whether the car has passed inspection, if there's outstanding debt on it, the annual vehicle tax, mileage history, insurance and much more.
Free, fast and easy — for anyone buying, selling or just curious about a car in Denmark.
What's new in 1.2.3:
• New app icon in Apple's layered format
• Now requires iOS 18 — new tab bar that minimises as you scroll
• Inspection-station photos shown under Photos and viewable full-screen
• Red warning if a vehicle is reported stolen, and a banner when you search a previous plate
• Debt register honestly says "Cannot be looked up" for vehicles without a full VIN
• Account: driving details (claim-free years and annual mileage)
• Next inspection updates immediately after a new inspection
• Fixes in the photo gallery and inspection reports
