A cleaner EPC sheet, built for the assessor. • Perimeter you have not classified yet is marked on the plan and named in the key, so a short stretch is easy to find. • The heat-loss working is set in the plan's colours, and every wall type says whether it counts towards the HLP. • The EPC sheet shows measurements and workings only; checks now live in the editor and the export screen, with one-tap defaults for the storey and Main dwelling. • Window numbers run through the whole property, and the schedule reads number, width, height, orientation. • Clean EPC plan removes objects, furniture and internal doors in one undoable step; Straighten wall folds a wall the scan split into pieces.

Cleaner plans and clearer floor-area workings. • Tidy walls now merges wall sections that the scan split along one straight wall, and the plan shows one measurement per wall. • The EPC export sets out each room's measurements, workings and floor area separately, with lettered corners and one total. • Edit from the 3D view and from the View menu, including on iPad. • A capture without walls asks for a rescan instead of failing silently, and a purchase blocked by Screen Time now says so. • Fixes the 3D view closing the app for some saved scans, and keeps report bookmarks on iOS 27.
