Subscription and Payment Rules:
1. Subscription Instructions
The subscription function is only to improve the user experience of the APP. It does not affect the normal use of the APP whether you subscribe or not.
2. Subscription Benefits
With a Weekly Pass Pro or Annual Pass Pro subscription, you can:
- After purchasing Weekly Pass Pro or Annual Pass Pro, you can watch any episode without limit.
- Ad-free: After unlocking, except for incentive ads, other types of ads will no longer be displayed.
- 1080P resolution: Video playback supports selecting 1080P resolution.
3. About automatic renewal
- Subscription will be automatically renewed 24 hours before the valid period. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time. There is no refund when the renewal is successful.
- If your payment method cannot be charged, your subscription may not renew. The payment may be retried in accordance with the applicable billing policy. If a retry is successful, you will be charged the applicable renewal price for the subscription period disclosed to you.
4. How to cancel the subscription
- Open StoryReel and click on the avatar in the top right corner.
- Click on "Payment and Subscription" and then click on "Subscription".
- Select your StoryReel subscription.
- Click on "Cancel Subscription".

Cannot cancel

Bought a subscription, now there is no way to cancel somehow (the way to subscribe was through safari). I just had to cancel all my cards. No contact info, they are scamming you for personal and bank information + Not like in the app ads. Support in the app is useless and just responds to prompts.Update:Was able to cancel ‘in the app’ but I still do not trust this (there was no option in app store to cancel) STILL DO NOT TRUST
