A few things you'll notice in version 2.2. NEW • Aligner Wear Report (Pro). A PDF of your wear time to bring to your orthodontist, one page or the full record. Swipe past Insights on the Stats tab. • Morning Recap (Pro). Open the app in the morning and see how yesterday went before the new day starts. • Compare any two aligners (Pro). Their photos side by side, with how you wore each one. Swipe past the grid on the Snaps tab. • Progress Photo Story (Pro). Read everything that happened between the two aligners you compare. Swipe past Compare on the Snaps tab. • The camera finds your teeth (Pro). Hold still and it spots your mouth, counts down, takes the photo itself and frames it on your teeth. • Full Screen Alarm (Pro). One out-of-aligners nudge can sound like an alarm clock instead. Off unless you turn it on, in Settings under Reminders. iOS 26.1 or later. • Photo days on the calendar. A small camera on a day's ring marks a progress photo. Tap the day to open it. IMPROVED • Switching tabs is faster, and the app no longer slows down as your treatment goes on. • Times, decimals, percentages and the start of the week follow your phone's region. • Key Events reads as a timeline, and every row that opens something is a card (Pro). • Your Apple Watch sends its own out-of-aligners reminders when your iPhone isn't nearby (Pro). • A tray that is short on wear asks before it switches, and Wear longer opens on the days that could use it. FIXED • Out-time is counted correctly across midnight, and out-time left never runs past the end of the day. • Widgets, the Live Activity and your watch update when another device logs wear (Pro). • Taps on your Apple Watch arrive in the order you made them, even away from your iPhone or after a restart (Pro). • Two devices on the same iCloud account no longer double-count an aligner or lose a wear session. • A restore brings back your appointments. • A leftover open session can no longer eat into recorded wear. • The Calendar grades each day against the goal you had that day. • Every duration rounds down, so figures agree from screen to screen.

A few things you'll notice in version 2.1. Widgets (Pro) Ten for your Home Screen and Lock Screen: today's hours against your goal, your out-time budget, your streak, compliance, the last 14 days, and where your time goes. Live Activities (Pro) Take your aligners out and your Lock Screen counts down what is left of today's out-time, with a Put in button that works without unlocking, however you logged the take-out. Appointment reminders (Pro) Set a lead time on an appointment and we'll remind you before the visit. Appointments in your calendar (Pro) With Add to calendar on, your visits land in the 22 Hours calendar alongside switch days. Action Button and Control Center Add it to Control Center or your Lock Screen, or set the Action button, and log a change without opening the app. New Siri, with nothing to set up Voice logging now uses Apple's current Siri system, so it works the moment you install and there is no phrase to record. Your old phrase carries over If you recorded one in an earlier version, keep saying it.

They are now timed to land right when they matter. • Fuller history. Snaps and History now show entries beyond your current treatment. • Refined Settings. The About screen is cleaner, with unified headers and clearer footnotes. • Scroll to top. Tap the active tab again to jump straight back to the top. FIXED • Time-zone timing. Crossing time zones no longer throws off reminders or calendar events. • Duplicate calendars. Extra "22 Hours" calendars no longer pile up on Mac. • Backfill start dates. Treatment start dates now update correctly after you backfill past days. • Snaps visibility. Progress photos taken outside your current treatment no longer stay hidden. • Switch cleanup. Completed switches now clear their leftover calendar events. • Calendar resync. Calendar events resync properly when you switch aligners.
