Jeg nåede ca level 13 uden at betale en eneste krone. Til sidst gav jeg op og slettede spillet. Det er praktisk talt umuligt at spille efter level 13 hvis ikke du benytter dig af in-app-purchases. Du ender i en ond cirkel hvor der sættes krav til fx politistationer som du ikke har råd til fordi der ikke betales nok i skat. Og der bliver kun færre og færre til at betale skat fordi folk flytter fra byen pga manglende politistation eller andet (skole, brandstation mv). Udover det så bliver gameplayet også langsommere og langsommere fordi du netop venter på at borgerne betaler skat og dine meget få fabrikker får produceret produkter (in-app-purchases kan rede dig her) som du skal bruge til at bygge med. På level 13 brugte jeg tre minutter to gange om ugen og så kunne jeg ikke mere pga mangel på penge eller bygningsmaterialer. Til sidst gad jeg ikke mere og jeg nægter at betale in-app for immaterielle mursten, beton, træbjælker mv. Så ud med spillet.
