The it.XIA Cross Information Application solution paves the way for cross-cloud digitization and automation of business processes. Together with the added value of Microsoft Cloud Services and deep SAP integration, it creates a true Modern Workplace that optimally supports not only users but also business processes: Starting with the digitization of information - also mobile - to SAP connection with single sign-on.
The it.XIA app is the mobile component of the entire it.XIA solution. With the generic client app, users can digitally capture business data directly with their iPhone or iPad for a variety of processes - even offline.
Whether complaints, audits, service and maintenance orders or completely customized use cases. Smart data entry functions and a high level of customizability significantly increase the processing speed and quality of information compared to standard paper-based processes. The app supports structured data entry with native device features such as touch input, photo integration, QR code scanning, signature signing or file attachments. Users can easily fill out form data in the app and then transfer it to the it.XIA Cloud for further processing.
