Als ich bestellen wollte gab es auf alle Taschen -20%, aber das hat nicht so funktioniert und die Bestellung hat erst nach Mitternacht funktioniert nachdem die Rabatte nicht mehr galt! Ich bin äußerst enttäuscht und fühle mich dezent betrogen.
Customerservice /support are not replying nor helping
Around a month and a half ago I returned an item to your warehouse at Ludwigsburg. I returned the item to the adress it was sent from. I used a courier and gave tracking on the package and it was shown that the package has been delivered. I have not received a refund or any information regarding the package, so I contacted you on mail supportmädchen , the mail was sent on the 15/5 and apperently you have moved location, but that’s not really my problem as it was unbeknowst to me, and I naturally returned it to the adress it was sent from
To this day you have failed to reply regarding this issue.
I have contacted you several times, also on your Facebook site and no reply , just the standard message, except for one time where the person asks questions which is already answered in the message I sent you ....and then silence thereafter.
Now it’s been almost 3 weeks, with no further progress, this is not a way to run a business or to treat your customers....
Before this , you messed up an order and it took a month for the parcel to be sent from your warehouse, so I was surprised that have to deal with this now?!
It’s truly frustrating because I like the whole Concept with the Consierge and all, but the lack of communication makes it really difficult to be your customer, and I can’t help suspecting that you are ghosting customers that you might find difficult even though they are just trying to get some info on the matter and of course get their money back.
