Build your medication routine with scheduled alarms, follow-up reminders and photo confirmation. Keep your reminders and confirmation history in one place. MediWake helps you keep track of your medication reminders with scheduled alarms and an active confirmation step. SET YOUR ROUTINE Create reminders for the times you choose and add one or more medication names to each reminder. See your reminders together in the Today view. FOLLOW-UP REMINDERS On iOS 26 or later, choose a follow-up interval of 15, 30 or 60 seconds, or a custom interval. On iOS 17–25, follow-up notifications have a minimum interval of 60 seconds after you dismiss a reminder. CONFIRM WITH A PHOTO Use the camera as an active confirmation step. The confirmation photo is not saved. A photo does not verify which medication you took or whether you took it. VIEW YOUR HISTORY See your past confirmations and when you recorded them. MediWake is a reminder tool. It does not record doses, provide medical advice or recommend treatment. Always follow the instructions from your healthcare professional.
