NUACOM is a cloud-based phone system for businesses to handle calls with a unique experience, from a desktop app, mobile, or IP phone.
The NUACOM mobile app allows you to make and receive calls from your own extension. It also brings some of our modern calling features, such as:
- Small Call Transfer: the ability to transfer calls, using attended or blind function. You can transfer calls to colleagues or departments, or even to internal or external phone numbers.
- Team’s status: check your team’s status and connect to them with a single click.
- Call Recording: keep all your inbound and outbound calls recorded. Focus on your customer’s needs, not on writing them down.
- Your Office phone number: make calls from your mobile, using your office phone number.
- Multiple Local / International numbers: choose your caller ID among local and international numbers within your business account.
- Shared or Private phonebook: view, edit or create contacts from your organization's shared phonebook or from your private list.

Bug fixes:
1. Fixed an issue where signing in with Google SSO using an account not registered in Nuacom did not show an error message.
2. Fixed a UI issue where the "Transfer" / "Call First" text appeared outside the button on the call transfer screen for certain devices and languages.
3. Fixed an issue where placeholder text was not visible when dark mode was enabled.
4. Fixed an issue where the keyboard overlapped the OTP input field on mobile devices.
5. Fixed an issue where unanswered outgoing calls were incorrectly shown as answered.
6. Fixed an issue preventing users from setting their mobile app extension status to Busy (Wallboard). Fixed an issue where two calls could be triggered simultaneously.
7. Fixed an issue where the calling screen remained open after a failed call restoration.
