Scam operation. Terrible, terrible experience. Avoid this company at all cost.
Rented a Nissan Qashqai in Chania Airport Crete. It was old and full of scratches and bumps. Unfortunately it was my father, who’s old and trusting, who picked up the car, so he didn’t take pictures.
When we returned the car the guy said there was a mark on the left side plastic bumper. It was perhaps a 4-5 cm scratch. They charged almost 400 euros for this. Totally outrageous. We didn’t make this mark and if we had, it would cost 40 not 400 euros to fix.
