Внедрение на объектах недвижимости любого типа системы бесключевого доступа Openy позволяет создать единую среду доступа по смартфону, в которой все двери, шлагбаумы, ворота, калитки открываются автоматически по приближению пользователя с цифровым ключом без необходимости доставать смартфон, а так же обеспечить автоматический вызов кабины на основной посадочный этаж при приближении пользователя к контроллеру доступа на этаже. При входе в кабину – автоматический выбор установленного в приложении этажа назначения и отправка кабины на заданный этаж.
