2. Auto Mode Setting: Easily access auto mode from the settings page and select your mobility value to automatically adjust resistance based on your walking speed. The higher the value, the greater the resistance, ensuring a seamless walking experience.
3. Manual Mode Customization:
o Self-Adjusting: Fine-tune resistance intuitively by adjusting the level using the adjustment button. The higher the number, the greater the resistance, allowing you to adapt to your unique needs.
o Scenarios: Select from six predefined scenarios, each with its corresponding resistance level, making it easy to match your needs for different activities.
o Self-Definition: Create and customize your own scenarios with unique resistance levels, descriptions, and settings to cater to your specific requirements.
