Fixed issue with the keyboard overlapping the input on the key terms tester.

Some small bug fixes and improvements

You can now select all questions from a paper.

You asked for the option to shuffle cards; you got it! Corrected the behaviour of the cards so it won't accidentally show you the next answer instead of question. Added an FAQ.

I've been listening to your feedback and made some UI/UX improvements to give you a better experience using the app. I've swapped out the dropdown menus for native select/picker menus that should feel much more intuitive to use when choosing your study topics. Also a more responsive layout for a wider range of phone sizes.
