L’APP SA BOOKING è collegata a TESISQUARE PLATFORM TMS e consente, per i trasporti del nostro prodotto finito: la presa in carico, la gestione degli eventi di viaggio e la gestione della consegna avvenuta (POD). Il primo step avverrà tramite la presa in carico dall’autista del borderò, che potrà eseguire tramite digitazione del numero di borderò o tramite la lettura automatica del barcode. Successivamente apporrà la firma di presa in carico e verrà generata la stampa della PIC ed inviata al TMS. Vengono inviate contestualmente le mail al trasportatore ed al destinatario, che contengono in allegato il pdf di DDT. Tramite la GESTIONE CONSEGNE permetterà inserire un esito di consegna al momento dell’avvenuto trasporto. Selezionando il singolo borderò l’autista valorizzerà la consegna (OK, KO o Consegnato con riserva) e verranno apposte le firme del trasportatore e del destinatario. Al salvataggio, la POD verrà inviata al TMS e vengono inviate le mail al trasportatore ed al destinatario, che contengono in allegato i pdf di borderò (pdf unico con DDT), PIC e POD.
