Musikken er kunstværker i sig selv som kan nydes i sig selv som beroligende baggrundsmusik. Meditationerne tager mig altid helt væk fra alt andet - fuldt fokus på at være lige her i nuet i den altid spændende, fornyende og smukke lydrejse. De her rejser har helet mig fra mange svære tider. Børnene elsker Kids Wheel! Elsker at høre hvor deres fantasi har taget dem hen på rejsen - kæmpe anbefaling til et afbræk fra hverdagen, væl fra skærmen til lige at regulere nervesystemet. Både for børn og voksne.
Fantastisk lydoplevelse
Lyden er så stor at den omslutter mig og hele tiden hiver mig tilbage i meditationen. Jeg har normalt svært ved at blive i lydmeditationer, men her bliver man konstant suget ind, igen og igen, kun ved hjælp af lyd. Wow! Tak for det!

Jeres app er sikkert fin, men et lille tip fra én som lider af misofoni: Sørg for at fjerne smaskelyde og lyden af vejret der bliver trykket ind gennem næsen 😳 Virkelig ubehageligt 😳 Jeg kommer nok ikke til at tegne abonnement
